During a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was questioned by a caller about pending multiple lawsuits against her and her husband.
“As far as the lawsuits go, those are in the proper hands and I can’t really discuss much but you should stay tuned because there is more to that story,” Dorit responded.
As reported, P.K. is being sued by Bellagio Hotel and Casino, the Las Vegas business seeking to recoup $2 million in unpaid gambling debts and interest. Additionally, he owes a $1.2 million personal loan, and the IRS is also going after the couple for $1 million in back taxes.
Also, Dorit and P.K. are being sued for over $200k by their business partner, Ryan Home, according to court documents. Home claimed in his filing that his company paid advances on the reality couple’s swimwear line, Beverly Beach by Dorit, under an oral agreement that he would receive reimbursement, along with a share of the profits. Horne alleged that he sent the couple goods worth over $129k, but was never reimbursed a penny. He also claims that the company is worth $300k, and wants the couple to pay up.
“PK and I go through everything together. I’m not speaking to her, neither is he,” she said, adding that the situation was “sad.”
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs Tuesday nights, at 9:00 p.m. ET, on Bravo TV.
