Bye y’all! Kathryn Dennis announced via Twitter today that she would not be returning to Bravo’s South Carolina based hit, Southern Charm.
Fans last saw Kathryn, 24, right after a court ordered drug test busted the young mother with drugs in her system. This pre-reunion development landed the father of her two young children and co-star, Thomas Ravenel, with joint custody, and Kathryn in a rehab facility in California. Kathryn fled the facility early, and eventually returned to Charleston.
Reportedly, Kathryn was a nightmare on set, and “drug fueled rages” had the cast and crew constantly on edge. Several in the cast appeared nervous to film with her, as the season progressed. Kathryn’s main support, Cooper Ray, was also let go for next season.

Kathryn presented her attitude as a positive one today, noting that her time and efforts were best spent focusing on her kids and herself.
Kathryn couldn’t resist throwing out a little shade, retweeting a fan dissing her Southern Charm co-star, Landon Clements, and another referring to the cast as “leeches.”
