The battle for baby Kaiser is heating up, and in a deleted scene from Teen Mom 2, fans can witness the disturbing game that Jenelle Evans has put into play, as the season rolls on.
Evans was recently acquitted from assault charges stemming from an altercation with Nathan Griffith’s girlfriend, Jessica Henry. However, during the filming period, Evans was terrified of permanent consequences polluting her imaginary medical career.
In the scene, Nathan explains to a couple of pals how Jenelle is withholding one-year-old Kaiser from his father, using the tot as a pawn. Nathan details Jenelle’s strategy to use their son to secure freedom from the consequences of her volatile actions. “Went up to my lawyers office to talk about custody of Kaiser,” Nathan reveals. “She’s going to go ahead and file the paperwork and we’re going to go from there.”
Griffith is encouraged by his lawyer’s assurance that he will win the chance to build a life with his son — but he is shooting for full custody. “One of the main reasons why I want to go there is because I want full custody. I want physical full custody of my son, living with me,” Griffith says. “I think the environment I can provide him will be more suitable to him, instead of the environment he’s currently in now.”

Griffith also reveals that Evans was allowing him time with his son, until she realized that Henry was sticking to the charges. Jenelle Evans certainly knows how to work it — unfortunately Kaiser is the one who loses.
