‘Teen Mom 2’ Jenelle Evans’ Ex Nathan Griffith Ordered To Pay Her In Larceny Case
Nathan Griffith came out on top in the larceny case triggered by a bitter ex, Teen Mom 2 star, Jenelle Evans.
Jenelle, 24, pressed charges, after Griffith repossessed his own car, while Jenelle was out of town. Griffith, 27, was charged with larceny, because there were baby belongings in the car, and Evans initiated his arrest, before he could arrange to return the items. Jenelle claimed that the items were worth $1k. Nathan turned himself in on February 3rd, after Evans filed charges on January 24th.
Evans and Griffith faced off in court on Monday, and the ex-lovers agreed to the charges being dismissed, when Griffith pays $300, to cover the cost of the items. The charges will be officially dropped, after Nathan forks over the cash. Evans is believed to be less than thrilled with the settlement, but agreed to the terms anyway. Supposedly, Nathan has paid $200, and has another hundred to go. Griffith’s lawyer, Megan Milliken, is reportedly happy with the outcome.
