Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is preparing to legally scrap once again, with her baby daddy and ex-fiancee, Nathan Griffith.
Nathan, 28, is scheduled to appear in court next month, after being arrested and charged with larceny. Evans, 24, is accusing Griffith of stealing her car, and the contents, allegedly valued at $1k. Griffith’s lawyer, Megan Milliken, explains the possible scenarios, and what she believes will occur.
“It’s just the first court date in the criminal case,” Milliken explains. “There are only three results that could come of it. It’s dismissed by the state, it’s ‘continued’ to another future court date, or we have a trial.”
Milliken believes the likely scenarios to be a continuation, or a dismissal.
Griffith turned himself in on February 3rd, after Evans initiated a warrant for his arrest, in late January.
All About the Tea followed up, and discovered that the vehicle in question belongs to Nathan, and he was simply repossessing his own property. Griffith didn’t dump the contents of the vehicle, which translated into “stealing” Jenelle’s property. He is set to appear on March 7th, to plead his case.
Many believe that Jenelle has her eye set on revenge, as her own day in court draws near.
The troubled Teen Mom 2 star is due to appear in court on February 16, to fight assault and battery charges after she was arrested on August 20 for throwing a glass at her ex-fiancée, Nathan Griffith’s girlfriend, Jessica Henry.
Jenelle Evans’ fate is in the hands of the jury. And we’re skeptical a jury trial will end favorably since the officer who wrote the police report asserted that he did not believe Jenelle’s side of the story.
