Gold Digger! A Side-by-Side Look At Yolanda Foster’s Mirror Marriages & Divorces
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Yolanda Hadid, is rebuilding her life, after splitting from her husband, David Foster!
The 52-year-old is continuing solo on her never-ending “journey” with Lyme disease. Yolanda may claim Lyme-brain — but many believe her to be one sly and calculated character.
Yolanda Hadid was brought up in a small farm town in Holland, and due to losing her father in a car wreck when she was seven, went to work to help provide for the family, at the age of thirteen. She was discovered and signed as a model at the age of sixteen, and modeled for the next fifteen years. As we all know, Yolanda married twice — and when comparing the two failed marriages, Yolanda exhibits a striking pattern.

Yolanda Hadid married the mega-wealthy real-estate developer, Mohamed Hadid, in 1994 (pictured below), and the couple had three children. In 1999, her third child, Anwar arrived, and Yolanda’s physical struggles began.
Yolanda did an interview with the NY Post in 2012 — where she spoke about breaking her back in three places, during Anwar’s birth.
“They gave me potassium, which induces the contractions, and my son had an allergic reaction,” she explains. “His heartbeat stopped. And rather than waiting to do an emergency C-section, I kind of pushed him out in a panic. I ripped my lower back and had to have a triple fusion.”
Yolanda described the physical trauma as one that left her bedridden for more than a year, and triggered a “terrible bout with depression.” She wrote in her Bravo blog,
“I broke my back giving birth to my son Anwar, lost my husband to infidelities, and battled severe depression all at the same time in 1999, so I know what it is like to be broken and down in a deep, dark hole while trying to keep it together to be a mother and raise children.”
Yolanda filed for divorce after 8 years of marriage to Hadid, and they finalized their split in 2003. She walked away with a $6 million Malibu mansion, more than $3 million in cash and $10,000 in monthly spousal support. Interestingly, Yolanda and Mohamed did have a prenup that was declared null and void when the divorce settlement was executed. Rumors ranging from Hadid’s infidelity, to Yolanda claiming an inability to care for herself swirled, to explain the surprise payout. Three kids and a giant pile of cash — not bad for eight years.
Yolanda Hadid met David Foster in 2006, three years after she split with Hadid. They married in November of 2011. She signs on with Bravo, and in 2012 she becomes ill, and is diagnosed with a cryptic illness that she now labels as Lyme disease. Yolanda drags David around the globe, seeking treatment, on his dime. Simultaneously, she uses the show to expose and launch all three children into the world of modeling. She turns her “journey” with Lyme disease into her storyline, one with dramatic collapsing exits, and shocking visuals.
We learn that two of her children have been diagnosed with Lyme, which intensifies Yolanda’s story. David Foster, likely believing that he had been sold a bill of goods, wants out, and the couple files for divorce, after four years of marriage. Yolanda’s pathetic state is TV-documented, and is backed by a loony barrage of photos on social media. Rumors circulate that Yolanda is pulling another fast one, and claiming weak dependency, in order to dissolve the prenup that she shares with Foster.
Another one bites the dust — but could another giant pile of cash be headed Yolanda’s way? Her daughters are successfully launched, and Anwar is on his way. Do you think that David will cave, or turn the tables and demand a refund, to cover the cost of her radical treatments?
Yolanda Hadid may not be formally educated, but she is no dummy. She will score everything she can from Foster, because her looks are fading, and she is past her trophy wife prime. Who thinks that her Lyme journey may wrap, when the Hadid/Foster divorce is settled?
