Teresa Giudice Blames Len Goodman For ‘DWTS’ Elimination!
Teresa Giudice was eliminated from Dancing With The Stars and she says it was because Len Goodman didn’t like her.
After the second week of landing in the bottom two, Teresa and her partner, Pasha Pashkov, were sent home during “Elvis Night” on Monday. The dancing duo received a total score of 23/40 from the judges for their dance to Elvis Presley’s “All Shook Up.” Len Goodman broke a tie and voted to save actress, Cheryl Ladd, and her pro partner, Louis Van Amstel which led to the Real Housewives of New Jersey star being eliminated. On a Zoom call, Teresa said she was happy that her dream to dance had finally come true. “Listen, it was an amazing experience. I had an amazing partner. I did two dances in front of a live audience and it was pretty amazing. It was great,” she gushed.
During her post-show presser, Guidice said she didn’t think Len liked her enough to keep her on the dancing show. “I don’t think he liked me. I knew Len was not going to pick me. I knew he was going to pick Cheryl over me. I knew already … I had a feeling,” she said. The Bravo star revealed that after seeing her competition on the show, she knew that winning Season 31 wouldn’t be that easy. Teresa elaborated by saying, “I wanted to win the mirrorball … but you know what? There’s a lot of amazing dancers on this show, so I knew I wasn’t going to [win]. When I saw my competition, I’m like, ‘I’m definitely not winning it.’ But I tried!”
Teresa said that despite her elimination, she is excited to go back home and spend time with her husband, Luis Ruelas. The two got married in August of this year, one month before she began rehearsing for the dance series. “I just got married and then I started doing Dancing With The Stars, so it’s like I left my husband. I felt really bad, so at least now I get to go home and spend time with [him], ’cause I am a newlywed,” Teresa explained.
Giudice is not the only Bravo housewife to join the Dancing with the Stars series. Kenya Moore, Erika Jayne, Lisa Vanderpump, Lisa Rinna, NeNe Leakes, and Kim Zolciak-Biermann have also competed on the show. Teresa said that she was planning to ask Cynthia Bailey to come next week, but it was already too late.
