Tamra Judge Believes Heather Gay’s Black Eye Injury Occurred At Home

Tamra Judge isn’t buying Heather Gay’s explanation for how she ended a cast trip to San Diego with a black eye. The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star alleged during the getaway that she woke up with the injury after partying the night away. Heather claimed that she had no recollection of what went down the previous night, but also implied that she did know what happened, but did not want to share details. 

“I don’t wanna get anyone in trouble,” Heather told Jen Shah the next morning.

“I didn’t say I don’t remember how it happened,” Heather told cameras. ”I just said I’m not talking about it. It’s first rule about fight club.”

Heather implied that certain co-stars were in the know, commenting — “I think we all know what happened. I just think we don’t wanna talk about it.”

Lisa Barlow shared her suspicion that Heather had been deliberately punched and her co-star responded — “Well, maybe somebody did, and they don’t wanna talk about it.”

Whitney Rose guessed that Jen Shah might be the culprit and that Heather was keeping it hush-hush in order not to add more fuel to her legal fire. Jen will be sentenced on January 6 after pleading guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud after filming season wrapped in July.

Heather later stated that the person she was protecting was “myself” before the show left the issue unresolved. 

Tamra addressed the controversy on the podcast she co-hosts with Teddi Mellencamp, Two Ts in a Pod.

“Heather did something to her eye at home,” Tamra declared, challenging the narrative that Heather injured her eye in San Diego.

The RHOC star added — “It was red when she showed up.”

Tamra asserted that Heather was “applying makeup” to “cover up” the bruised eye. 

“It takes a couple of days for a bruise to get black like that because it’s the blood draining down. So she had that little thing on her eye,” Tamra said.

She went on—“So this whole thing p*sses me off because they drug it out for so long, and I feel like it’s just something that happened not even there.”

Heather hinted that more information about her shiner would be revealed in her upcoming book, “Bad Mormon.” 

Fans flooded Twitter after the episode to theorize about who could be behind the mystery injury—and many viewers took aim at Jen. Lots of Twitter users noted Jen’s uncharacteristic behavior every time the ladies discussed the subject. 

One person tweeted—“Jen Shah being uncharacteristically quiet and looking visibly uncomfortable every time Heather and the other women talked about who gave Heather a black eye.”
