Melissa Gorga Sparks Fan Speculation About Couple Quitting ‘RHONJ’ Amid Family Turmoil!
Melissa Gorga had to set fans straight after she she spoke about making a “very big decision” with husband, Joe Gorga , during the most recent episode of her podcast, “Melissa Gorga on Display.”
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star and husband, Joe, discussed their decision to skip Teresa Giudice’s wedding to Luis Ruelas, during the episode.
Melissa said—”Joe and I had made a very big decision and we’re still feeling this way and this is what we have decided.”
“That sometimes when things are too toxic and you try over and over and over again and it just keeps coming back around to the same thing, that sometimes, even if it’s family, you just have to let it go.”

Melissa kept her comments vague, and fans immediately took to Reddit to speculate that the couple had decided to leave the show after appearing on Bravo for more than a decade.
One user wrote—“FINALLY.”
Another fan said—”Good riddance. She doesn’t even have a storyline on RHONJ.”
A third person guessed that a spinoff was in the works, writing—”I anticipate a spin-off show announcement next for them?”
Melissa caught wind of the chatter and shut down all rumors that pointed to the couple making a surprise exit.
“People are taking pieces from my podcast and assuming I’m leaving the show,” the Bravo star wrote on her Instagram Stories.
She added—“This is how rumors get started. I never said I was leaving the show. I was just clarifying how we felt after a difficult weekend.”
Melissa confirmed that the couple had “no plans on leaving” RHONJ.
Joe Gorga reportedly got into an altercation with his future brother-in-law before the couple made the decision to bail on the lavish ceremony. The Sun reported that security had break up Joe and Luis during the heated argument, which played out while Bravo cameras rolled.
“Joe charged at Luis during filming after long-simmering tensions came to a head,” a source told the outlet.
“Luis was upset that [Joe’s wife] Melissa unfairly blamed Teresa for spreading rumors about her marriage.”
“There was a very tense ‘Housewives’ finale filmed earlier this week,” a source told Page Six, earlier this month.
“Teresa betrayed them in a way that’s unforgivable,” one snitch told PEOPLE. “They’re not going to celebrate Teresa’s new marriage when all she does is try to tear apart theirs.”
“It’s telling that Teresa didn’t have one relative at her wedding. But that’s the choice Teresa made,” the insider said.
Joe took to social media on the eve of his sister’s nuptials to seemingly vent about the family turmoil. The reality star wrote—“BLOOD DOESN’T MAKE YOU FAMILY” over a photo of himself with his wife, family, and friends.
