Teresa Giudice Sends Brother Joe Gorga A Bill For Ditching Her Wedding!
Teresa Giudice wants her brother, Joe Gorga, and his wife, Melissa, to pay up after the couple passed on attending her lavish wedding ceremony, at the last minute.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star reportedly sent her brother and her co-star a bill, after the pair chose not to attend the extravagant wedding event, over the weekend.
“Joe and Melissa had both RSVPed ‘Yes.’ They had both selected what they were going to eat but then dropped out a few days before. Teresa had paid for them and now she wants her money back,” an insider told Radar Online.
The source added—“Meals at Park Chateau Estates and Gardens are not cheap. It’s rude to say ‘yes,’ and then change your mind in the 11th hour. This stuff isn’t refundable. Teresa got stuck with the check and to make matters worse, Joe and Melissa didn’t even send her a gift.”
Sources claimed that Joe and Melissa planned to attend the event up until Thursday night. An insider revealed that the controversial decision was made after “false rumors” about Joe and Melissa’s marriage circulated during the filming of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
“There was a very tense ‘Housewives’ finale filmed earlier this week,” a source told Page Six, last week.
A source told PEOPLE that Teresa was involved in the drama and that Joe was also enraged by Luis’ alleged behavior.
“Teresa betrayed them in a way that’s unforgivable,” one snitch told the outlet. “They’re not going to celebrate Teresa’s new marriage when all she does is try to tear apart theirs.”
“It’s telling that Teresa didn’t have one relative at her wedding. But that’s the choice Teresa made,” the insider said.
Joe took to social media on the eve of his sister’s nuptials to seemingly vent about the family turmoil. The reality star wrote—“BLOOD DOESN’T MAKE YOU FAMILY” over a photo of himself with his wife, family, and friends.
The couple tied the knot on Saturday, in a lavish ceremony at Park Chateau Estate and Gardens in East Brunswick, N.J.. Bravo stars from almost every “Housewives” franchise attended the splashy event, including Teresa’s co-stars, Dolores Catania and Jennifer Aydin, who served as bridesmaids. Teresa‘s four daughters—Gia, 21, Gabriella, 17, Milania, 16, and Audriana, 12, were also bridesmaids.
Real Housewives of New York City alum, Jill Zarin, was later criticized for oversharing photos of the event on Instagram.
“Jill can’t help herself,” an insider said. “This wasn’t her story to tell. It’s amazing how she can make everything about herself, even someone else’s wedding.”
Jill’s former co-star, Ramona Singer, landed in hot water weeks before the ceremony for leaking the exact date, time, and location of the event.
Bravo is expected to air the wedding as part of a spinoff special, following the conclusion of Season 13 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
