Erika Jayne’s Husband To Be Kicked Out Of $16 Million Mansion!
Erika Jayne’s husband is expected to get kicked out of the $16 million Pasadena mansion he once shared with the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star.
Documents obtained by The Blast show that the trustee in charge of Tom Girardi’s involuntary bankruptcy case has asked for the court’s permission to seize the luxury home.
The trustee, who will liquidate Tom’s assets to pay off his debts, has ordered the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s estranged husband to leave the home within 14 days or he’ll be thrown out by law enforcement.
The trustee tried to inspect the home for marketing and sale purposes on January 25 but was denied entry due to Tom’s medical condition and lack of maintenance of the home.
As reported, Tom’s brother Robert Girardi was appointed to serve as his temporary conservator until March 31 following Tom’s recent medical emergency.
Robert has maintained that his 81-year old brother requires a permanent conservator as he has been suffering from short-term memory loss.
“My brother is incapable of realizing and understanding the repercussions of the bankruptcy filings pending against him and his law firm Girardi Keese notwithstanding having [it] explained to him over and over and by various people,” Robert said.
“Furthermore, my brother is not capable of making rational decisions with respect to his financial responsibilities and offers solutions and opinions that are factually impossible.”
Tom Girardi is also embroiled in a divorce battle with his estranged wife, Erika Jayne.
Erika Jayne, 49, moved out of their home in November and is now living in a 3-bedroom $1.5 million condo.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star filed for divorce last November after 21 years of marriage.
