Does It Come With Injections?’ RHOBH’s Lisa Rinna Ridiculed For ‘Lip Icon’ Lip Kit Line!
Lisa Rinna recently launched her new Rinna Beauty lip kits and fans want no parts of it.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star released her line of lipsticks, lip liners, and lip glosses on Cyber Monday. “It’s finally here!!!” Rinna exclaimed on Instagram. The 57-year-old announced the launch of her beauty line in September and hinting the idea to fans at BravoCon in November 2019.
Rinna called herself “the lip pioneer” and said that her new line is an extension of who she is. “My new line embodies everything that I’ve ever known and learned in my life, whether I’ve been on camera or off,” she said in a press release. “Rinna Beauty is me, and I’m so gratified to now share that with people interested in makeup, style and looking and feeling their very best.”
The Instagram account, @allaboutthrh, reposted Lisa‘s ‘Lip Icon’ Lip Kit Line and asked followers if they’ll “be checking out Lisa‘s lip kits.” RHOBH fans immediately turned into trolls, with some making jokes about the actress’s lips.
“Not if they make mine look like hers!! ??”
“does it come with injections like she has??? . She’s false advertising”
“Absolutely NOT”
“Hard no from me”
“No. I won’t buy anything she’s selling”
“I might consider buying it if its laced with Xanax lol”
The negative comments continued with fans pointing out that they won’t be supporting Lisa Rinna because she’s “mean” and has “fake” lips. One fan took it far, suggesting that other fans should “stop making these celebrities more rich from buying their products.”
In a press release, Lisa she’s always wanted to start a brand behind her infamous lips.
“I’ve always joked about being the lip pioneer. I’ve always wanted to do something with these lips,” she said. “I finally feel like we’re getting to do it and have fun and have a sense of humor, and really bring quality items that I just absolutely love, that my heart and soul are in and part of.”
Rinna Beauty’s Lip Icon Collection features three $45 lip kits: Birthday Suit, Legend, and No Apologies. Each kit has one lipstick, one lip gloss, and one lip liner. The website notes that the kits are “everything you need – lipstick, liner and gloss – for lips like the legend herself.”
As reported, production on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was suspended production due to Covid-19 issues. Filming has been temporarily halted and production pros are following all health and safety protocols. Bravo is expected to air Season 11 in 2021.
