Kyle Richards ‘Not Feeling Well’ Amid ‘RHOBH’ COVID Shutdown — Was Too Sick To Cook Thanksgiving Meal & Relied On Teddi To Feed Her Family!
Kyle Richards revealed that she was too sick to celebrate Thanksgiving after it was reported that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills production had paused due to Covid-19 concerns.
Kyle took to her Instagram Stories to share that she was so under the weather on Thanksgiving Day that she was unable to cook a holiday meal for her family. Kyle shared that her former co-star, Teddi Mellencamp, had come to her rescue.
“Thank you [Teddi Mellencamp] for dropping off a Thanksgiving meal for my family (at 7 am today) knowing I am not feeling well [and] unable to cook. Thankful for you my friend (my family is too),” Kyle wrote on November 26.
Kyle posted a second story on Thanksgiving day, sharing that she had lots to be thankful for—even in 2020.
“While this is a very different Thanksgiving than we are used to, I am nonetheless so grateful for my family, friends, dogs, work… I will not allow 2020 to stop me from reflecting on all of the things that I am so thankful for,” the reality star wrote.
“I hope all of you are staying health [and] safe and have a beautiful day,” Kyle said, adding the hashtag for “this too shall pass.”
A source told Hollywood Life just before Thanksgiving that filming for Season 11 had been shut down, after a crew member reportedly tested positive for coronavirus.
“They filmed yesterday. Everyone’s been told to quarantine for 14 days and haven’t been told much else right now,” the insider revealed. “They have no idea when they’ll start up again. Everyone’s just waiting for more info.”
RHOBH filming kicked off months ago, with cast newbie, Crystal Kung Minkoff, and rookie “friend” and sis to Kyle, Kathy Hilton.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will premiere next year.
