Kathryn’s suspicions were confirmed on camera while she was temporarily living with Thomas and their two children. She shared that she was considering rekindling her relationship with Thomas when she heard the news.

“I guess it could work out, I wonder if it will,” Kathryn said during the episode. “The thought has run through my head more than a few times. He’s the father of my kids, so that ‘You never know’ thing is always going to be in the back of my head.”

She clarified during the episode that Thomas had denied the truth after she confronted him about the rumored pregnancy.

“I cannot believe I’ve been living in the house with this man who has been hiding a secret that he has a child on the way,” she said during the episode. “Meanwhile I’m like, ‘Oh, maybe if we got back together, this is what it would be like.’”

Thomas spoke to AllAboutThetea.com and addressed Kathryn’s reaction.

“I didn’t say anything to Kathryn because I didn’t want the entire world to find out within 12 hours, because I knew she would tell everybody,” Thomas said.

“I didn’t want her (Heather) to be stressed by media attention as she’s 40 and didn’t want any,” the Southern Charm alum added. “Heather is private and keeps our relationship under wraps.”

Thomas and Heather welcomed Jonathan Jackson Ravenel on June 29.

The developer made it clear that he was enjoying fatherhood, the third time around.

“I admire Heather as a mom so much,” Thomas gushed.
