Tommie Lee has landed herself in more legal trouble!
The Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star was arrested for the second time in less than 48 hours Wednesday night.
The troubled reality diva, whose real name is Atasha Chizaah Jefferson — was arrested and charged with aggravated stalking and obstruction of an officer.
According to police paperwork, Tommie was arrested at her home in Smyrna around 8 p.m.
She allegedly refused to come to the door when police arrived. Instead, police said, she tried hiding in her attic. She’s being held in the Cobb County Jail without bond. She will remain in jail indefinitely.

Tommie Lee was arrested on Tuesday at Griffin Middle School, and charged with felony aggravated assault, simple battery, first-degree child cruelty and disruption of public schools. She supposedly slammed her daughter’s head into her locker on school premises.

She posted bond Wednesday morning for the first arrest and was released, then re-arrested later that night and held without bond.
In September, Tommie Lee spent two days in jail for a 2016 arrest for DUI.
The Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star pled guilty to one count of DUI and one count of driving without headlights and, as part of her sentence, next week she’s spending 48 hours in Fulton County Jail.
