Teresa Giudice Preparing to Divorce Joe Giudice After His Deportation Ruling!

It’s a wrap for Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice!

 

Teresa Giudice is now considering filing for divorce after her husband, Joe Giudice, was ordered to be deported from the United States.

“She is talking about divorce, absolutely,” one source told Radar. “There is no way Teresa is going to uproot her life. He did this, why should she suffer?”

On Wednesday, October 10 — judge, John Ellington, ruled Joe be deported back to his native Italy, upon his release from federal prison in March 2019.

Joe has one final chance to appeal the decision by November 9 but The Real Housewives of New Jersey star accepts unless “something extraordinary happens,” Joe will be kicked out of the country.

“Teresa has told friends that an option is to divorce him, and she feels that’s what she’ll have to do if the girls don’t want to move to Italy,” the insider claimed.

“It’s too much. We all think Teresa should divorce Joe for putting her through this, it’s despicable.”

The 46-year-old fought hard to reverse his deportation order — claiming he considers himself to be American, having spent a large part of his life in the US, and being married to an American citizen and having four children birthed in America.

“I’ve been here my whole life, I wouldn’t know what to do in any other country,” Giudice told the judge during a September 1 appeal hearing. “I want to stay here.”

The mom of four was a frequent no-show at her husband’s immigration hearings. She did not appear at Wednesday’s hearing as her imprisoned husband begged the judge to keep him in America with his family.
