#RHONJ Kim DePaola Trashes ‘Party’ Mom Teresa Giudice For Abandoning Joe Giudice Amid His Deportation!

Kim DePaola a.k.a Kim D is sounding off after news broke that Joe Giudice is getting deported back to Italy. 

The Real Housewives of New Jersey friend of the cast blasted her former friend in an interview with TMZ. According to KimTeresa Giudice is a cold-hearted, good-for-nothing mom, who parties like a “rock star,” and could care less about her husband’s deportation to Italy.

On Wednesday, October 10 — immigration judge, John Ellington, ruled Joe Giudice be deported back to his native Italy, upon his release from federal prison in March 2019.

In 2013, Joe Giudice was indicted on  41-counts including conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud. The incidents occurred between September 2001 and September 2008. They were accused of filing fraudulent paperwork to obtain some $5 million in mortgages and construction loans and then hiding their assets during a 2009 bankruptcy petition. Joe also failed to file tax returns between 2004 and 2008 on income of more than $990,000.

Joe Giudice has arrests and convictions spanning over two decades:

  • Assault (Joe smashed a woman’s head into a mailbox in 1992)
  • Bank fraud
  • Bankruptcy fraud
  • Identity fraud (2014 conviction for using his brother’s identity to obtain a new license after he lost his because of a drunk-driving conviction)
  • Tax evasion
  • Multiple DUIs resulting in convictions and jail time 
  • Driving on a suspended license (Joe’s had his driver’s license suspended more than a dozen times)

As reported, given the severity of Joe Giudice’s crimes — classified as “crimes of moral turpitude” and “aggravated felony” —  Joe’s extradition from the U.S. was guaranteed.
