Danielle Staub and Marty Caffrey, have withdrawn mutual restraining orders against on Monday, August 20.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey couple are still moving forward with their divorce — but both agreed to dismiss restraining orders.

Staub, 56, claimed that she arrived home on August 12 and “found her husband standing in her garage” where “he appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, agitated and confrontational.” And “realized that several of her family portraits of her children and other sentimental framed photographs had been taken down causing her to be upset.” A source told Us at the time that Caffrey “took a bunch of Danielle’s belongings and hid them in his car,” which were later found in his car by the police.

Later that same night, Caffrey was also granted a temporary restraining order against Staub. Caffrey’s allegations against the Bravoleb, after snagging a copy of the New Jersey Domestic Violence Civil Complaint and Temporary Restraining Order.

According to the documents, Staub allegedly “threatened to stab [him] in the neck at least a dozen times” over the past year. And “picked up [an] iron and raised it as if she was going to throw it.”

Caffrey, 66, has been very vocal about the disastrous state of his two-month marriage to the Real Housewives of New Jersey starlet. The NYC businessman accuses Staub, 56, of being “arrogant, disrespectful, presumptuous and entitled” and her allegedly “disturbing” behavior prevented him from attending her recent 56th birthday party on July 29.

As exclusively reported, Marty Caffrey has taken legal steps to becoming the ex-husband of Danielle Staub, “Marty hired a divorce attorney from a reputable law firm and his attorney sent Danielle a ‘letter of representation’ asking her to retain counsel.” A source very close to Caffrey tells AllAboutTheTea.com.
