Kelly Dodd threw her first dash of shade of the season on Monday night’s premiere episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County.
Kelly was seen chatting with Vicki Gunvalson about Tamra Judge’s Season 11 fitness competition — likening the event to a boring “race amongst pigs.” Kelly’s snark was spot-on — but as reported, Kelly will be backing it up in upcoming episodes. Kelly will do the unspeakable — cross over to the dark side, into a nauseating alliance with Tamra. Kelly’s signature gab was a first episode gift — but the reality sophomore wasted no time backpedaling on Twitter.

On Monday, Kelly took to Twitter during the airing of her Tamra diss and posted, “Tamra worked hard @ her competition and looked great! They didn’t show the 80 year olds that were in her competition.”
Kelly made the elderly crack to let fans know that she was NOT shading Tamra — just the drawn-out event.

Tamra allegedly wooed Kelly early in the filming period — knowing that she needed the cast firecracker on her side, to weather a tough season. Kelly, not wanting to make waves, seemingly bought Tamra’s exhausted game — the very same shtick she pulled on past player, Gretchen Rossi.
Fans will soon see Kelly switch teams — but for now, Kelly has to brighten up her early season shade on social media.
