Smart Move! Jenelle Evans’ Mother Enlists David Eason’s Sister To Win Full Custody of Jace!

The future sister-in-law of Jenelle Evans is spilling the tea, dishing some behind the scenes dirt on the recently settled custody case between the Teen Mom 2 star, and her mother, Barbara Evans. Reportedly, the sister of Jenelle’s baby daddy, David Eason, says that Barbara had her subpoenaed to testify in the high-octane case.

“I had been subpoenaed to go there by Barbara,” Jessica Eason Miller told Radar. “She knew that Jenelle and I were feuding so she and her attorney subpoena me. I tried to get out of going, but I would have gotten in trouble if I didn’t show.”

On May 24th, Jenelle and Barbara came to a mutual agreement, over custody of 7-year-old, Jace. Barbara retained full custody, and Jenelle was granted more visitation time with her son.

Barbara has had custody of Jace since 2010 — rescuing the child from a mother who was in and out of jail, and abusing drugs.

Jenelle and David began to publicly squabble with Jessica after she allied with the estranged mother of David’s son. The beef heightened when Jessica accused Jenelle of drug use, pill shopping, and unfit parenting.

Jessica inadvertently dropped a shocker when she admitted that she planned to side with David and Jenelle, if called to testify in the case. Evidently, Jessica is unaware that answering questions under oath means telling the truth, and nothing but the truth!

“I told Jenelle’s attorney the day before court that I was going to help David and Jenelle if they made me testify,” Jessica said, in a revealing statement.

Due to the reached agreement, the case never went to trial. Despite Jessica’s revealed plan to “help” Jenelle and David, the Eason family remains fractured.

Teen Mom 2 is expected to return, later this year.
