A Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department report reveals that Greene is accusing a suspect of simple assault and threat communication — although the suspect’s identity remains unconfirmed by police. The report is tied to an August 14th episode.
“Suspect one struck the victim on the right side of the victim’s face with a close right fist,” the report reads. “The suspect stated to the victim that, “I will beat your a**.”
Jordan currently has two warrants out for his arrest for simple assault and communicating threats, according to the Warrant Inquiry for Mecklenburg.
“I was driving Ms. Moore to Peter Thomas’ grand opening at Club One,” Greene said of the attack. “A black SUV rolled up and this big guy came out and started walking towards the truck.”
Greene said that Matt began cussing and yelling at Kenya, then “stuck his head in to try to unlock the doors.”
“I rolled up the window on him and that’s when he punched me in the face,” Greene explained. “Kenya screamed and he ran back into his truck and sped off. That’s when police came.”
Matt eventually apologized to Greene — but Greene chose to follow through with filing a report with the police. The day after the incident, August 16, 2016, Matt was accused of damaging Kenya’s garage, security cameras, and vehicle. Kenya told police in a subsequent report that the vandalism was “related to the breakup.”
