Vicki Gunvalson Defends Against Shannon & Tamra’s Claims She Lied About David’s Abuse and Eddie Gay Rumors

When stars of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador, made a joint appearance on Watch What Happens Live this week, they addressed the rumors about their respective marriages.

Tamra denied that Eddie was gay, saying the rumor originated with Vicki Gunvalson. Meanwhile, Shannon said that David had never “beat the s**t out of her”— that Vicki had made it up.

Now, Vicki is taking to social media to defend herself. Vicki retweeted a viewer who alluded to David’s violent history. Vicki didn’t make up the police report or David’s domestic abuse record.

When another fan accused Shannon of lying, Vicki tweeted back with one word: “liar.”

The reality is — a police report proving David’s history of domestic violence exist. In 2003, David was charged with assault and “battery against a cohabitant.” In court, he admitted that he’d “willfully and unlawfully used force and violence” against Shannon. After pleading guilty to the misdemeanors, he was placed on three years of informal probation and completed a treatment program for batterers.

In 2014, Shannon gave an interview and disputed the claims.

“There was no abuse, no physical anything. We had an argument that was resolved very quickly afterward. I just thought that if I called the police, the fight would end. We’ve moved on; it’s over and done.”

Vicki tweeted back: “The feeling is mutual.”

In the E! News interview, Tamra said those gay rumors about Eddie started with one person — Vicki.

“Vicki has been spreading rumors about me and Eddie for about four years. She didn’t know that I knew. And so I said basically if she did one more thing to me this season, I’m done. I’ve forgiven her for lying about cancer and brought her back into the group when a lot of people didn’t want to be around her. Sure enough at the end of the day, she stabbed me in the back again.”

The topic first came up in Ireland as the ladies rode the bus to the airport. Kelly, feeling cornered by the other women and rejected by Vicki, told Tamra what Vicki had been saying behind her back.

Vicki denied she’d said anything about Eddie. But when Kelly told Shannon about the domestic abuse allegation, Shannon became visibly upset. She yelled at Vicki:

“Vicki f**k you. You need to shut your f*****g mouth. You shut your mouth. You lied about cancer. You still haven’t f*****g fessed up. You need to shut your f*****g mouth. You understand me? You need to shut your f*****g mouth. You f*****g, as soon as you admit to lying, then you’re scot-free.”

Vicki claimed she only told because she felt David was threatening her at Shannon’s 70’s party. David called her a pig, and Vicki called him a “cheater” and a “liar.”

The reunion should be an explosive one. The other women will most certainly be gunning for Vicki and Kelly.
