The War of the Wainsteins is heating up, with the couple’s young children being dragged further into the mess between Real Housewives of New York star, Jules Wainstein, and her estranged hubby, Michael.
According to a report from TMZ, Michael plans to file for full custody of the two children.
Sources claim that Michael’s attorney is preparing documents, with a plan to ask a judge for primary custody. He is also supposedly seeking an order which would allow Jules only supervised visitation with the kids, Jagger, 5, and Rio, 3. The legal maneuver comes on the heels of a 911 blowout on Wednesday, when Jules called the cops after a nasty argument with Michael. Michael exited the home before police arrived — and there was no arrest.
Reportedly, Michael is going to claim that Jules is too erratic to take proper care of the children. Sources close to Jules have asserted that Michael barely sees his children, and spends most of his hours shacked up with his mistress.
The Bravo reality show has used wonky editing to outline the beginning of the end of the Wainstein marriage — and the couple’s older child has been heard complaining about his absent father. Jules has not spoken out about Michael’s supposed next move.
