Page Six is reporting that social media told the story, with a since deleted Instagram video revealing Frankel hugging Dennis Shields–sporting a large diamond on her left hand. A Snapchat selfie taken in her underwear also highlighted the rock.
As reported, Bethenny has been dating Shields, the legally separated husband of an old friend of Frankel’s. Bethenny was spotted house-hunting with the millionaire banker in June–the couple snapped checking out a $30 million penthouse in Tribeca.

A source close the the reality star insists that nothing is up — telling the outlet last week, “Nothing new to report…she is enjoying her summer.” However, the site is quick to point out that her rep denied that she was dating Shields back in February, claiming, “Bethenny is very much enjoying being single.”
Bethenny revealed on the Bravo reality show that she escaped on a holiday getaway with her lover along with co-star, Carole Radziwill and her boyfriend, Adam Kenworthy, in late December.
