A new report claims that Jules Wainstein’s rookie season on The Real Housewives of New York, may be her last.

A source is dishing that Jules, 35, won’t appear in Season 9 of the east coast franchise. “Bravo isn’t asking Jules back,” an insider tells US Weekly.

The news follows a June 15 report announcing that Jules and husband of 8 years, Michael, are divorcing — and the split is turning nasty. The couple’s individual reps are hurling nasty allegations, with Michael, 44, being accused of infidelity, and Jules, of physically attacking her venture capitalist husband, in 2012.

The nasty divorce would seem perfect for reality TV, but the source claims that the high-octane potential isn’t enough to keep Jules. Jules isn’t “resonating with viewers,” the insider notes. Jules has openly shared about her struggle with an eating disorder, and life as a NYC mother of two young children.

Ramona Singer’s split from husband of 22 years, Mario Singer, still remains part of Ramona’s story, and supposedly producers don’t want to add another divorce storyline into the mix. However, a Bravo rep denies the claim.

“That is not accurate — the network hasn’t made any decisions about another season or about casting.”

Would you like to see Jules return — and watch the war of the Wainsteins play out on Bravo?
