Shocking! Jules Wainstein Reportedly “Assaulted” Husband Michael in 2012 #RHONY

Last week was a tough one for Real Housewives of New York rookie, Jules Wainstein.

News broke that Jules and husband, Michael, had decided to end their eight year marriage, with Jules alleging a discovery of infidelity. Michael’s attorney, Mark Jay Heller, denied the affair accusation, but viewers of the Bravo reality show recently witnessed behavior that supports Jules’ story.

Michael is cranking up the volume, now claiming that Jules physically assaulted him, in 2012. Heller continues to spill to US Weekly, and notes the time frame of the alleged attack.

“In the winter of 2012, Julianne brutally and viciously assaulted her diminutive but brave husband,” Heller claims.

Jules denies the allegation, commenting,“this is not the truth and the truth will prevail.”

Jules rep commented late last week, that the split was not a result of her stint on a reality show.

“It has nothing to do with the show,” her rep said. “They had issues for awhile but Jules was blindsided by this.”

The couple shares two children, Jagger, 5, and Rio, 2.

In a previous statement, Michael’s rep claimed that Michael was fed up with Jules’ drama queen ways — now Heller is claiming that Jules’ “abusive” behavior is what ultimately killed the relationship.

“But for the fact that he has two beautiful children, he would have left her a long time ago, but he has been trying to hold the family together,” Heller explains.
