Kandi Burruss Admits She Hasn’t Spoken To Phaedra Parks Since Their #RHOA Season 8 Reunion Fight
Viewers have watched Phaedra Parks struggle with her longtime friendship with Kandi Burruss, with much of the discord stemming from Apollo entrusting Kandi’s husband, Todd, with some personal and pricey playthings.
While at an event for OK’s So Sexy party, Kandi confirmed the two still have tension and haven’t spoken since their messy argument at the Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 8 Reunion. Kandi admitted, “We don’t really have a relationship.”

Originally these two were tight, but a loyalty division created by jailbird Apollo Nida, put these ex-besties on opposite sides. On the Season finale Christmas party, much speculation flew about Phaedra tipping off the Feds to Kandi storing Apollo’s toys at her house. During a Watch What Happens Live episode in March, Kandi told Andy Cohen,
“Well see, the thing was, I really didn’t know…like that episode where we tried to resolve our issues…that aired that week. But she was also upset at Todd about something that he tweeted… A couple days later this happened. I didn’t know if it happened because of the TV show or because she was upset…the timing of it was so weird.”
Guess we’ll have to wait for Season 9 to see if these two can make the necessary repairs to their friendship.
