Put down the Fabellini Teresa!

Teresa Giudice is on probation following her Dec 23 prison release, and she has to follow a strict set of rules.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey ex-con is prohibited from drinking alcohol according to court records. However, she is allowed to attend events that serve alcohol, but she must get permission from her probation officer beforehand.

“Teresa can’t consume any alcohol, at home, not even a glass of wine.” The terms of Giudice’s release dictate.

According to court documents, the reality diva can participate, but approval from her probation officer is required and she can not touch a drop of alcohol at the events. A source tells Radar,

“She is allowed to go to parties where alcohol will be served, but has to get prior approval from her probation officer,” the insider continued. “Ahead of attending Melissa Gorga‘s boutique opening last week, Teresa informed her probation officer that alcohol would be served. She was given the go-ahead.”

Giudice was released from prison last month after serving 11.5 months for bankruptcy and mortgage fraud. The terms of her release include home confinement until February 5, reporting to a probation officer and wearing an electronic monitoring bracelet.

As reportedGiudice was pulled over by police on January 15, narrowly evading violating her probation. Giudice has a 10 p.m. curfew, and the reality diva didn’t give herself enough time to get home safely from her sister-in-law’s ENVY boutique grand opening, so she urged her Uber driver break the law by speeding in order to get her home before curfew.

Giudice has been working on the audio recordings for her upcoming book and gearing up for a book tour in February. Teresa’s prison memoir will be released next month and from all accounts, the book promises to be a snooze.
