Teresa Giudice’s New Face Bartered For Free Publicity?

Teresa Giudice is morphing back to her old self, and now The Real Housewives of New Jersey star’s reflection is cashing in on her flashy return to society. 

As reported, Teresa was unhappy with her post prison image, and wanted to get back to her luxurious beauty routine of regular botox and filler treatments. What’s a girl to do when cash is tight, and a saggy mug calls for help? No worries, because a couple of pros quickly  jumped at Teresa’s skin SOS, as evidenced by her social media shout-out.

Teresa is currently under house arrest, and evidently can’t categorize treating her slammer-sag under acceptable outings. Was this treatment done as a spotlighted courtesy, perhaps in exchange for a tweet or two? 

Teresa Giudice is making it work, even in a court-ordered ankle bracelet. The shackle comes off next month, but it looks as though her strategized begging for freebies is working like a charm. 

Any business professional should indeed feel skittish about expecting payment for services rendered, from the freed reality felon.
