Yolanda Foster, 51, is in transition. She is splitting from her husband, recently moved into her own place, and is preparing for life as a single woman.

Reportedly she is feeling better, but that isn’t stopping her from speaking out about her fight against Lyme disease. The barrage of sickie-selfies on her Instagram account has slowed, but a recent post is an odd standout. Yolanda announced a couple of months ago that two of her children, Bella Hadid, 19, and Anwar Hadid, 16, contracted Lyme disease in 2012.

Foster made the announcement while accepting the “Power of One” Award at the inaugural Global Lyme Alliance gala in New York in October.

“When my two youngest children, Bella and Anwar, were diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease in early 2012, watching my babies struggle in silence in order to support me in my journey struck the deepest core of hopelessness inside of me,” Foster said while standing at the podium.

The 51-year-old posted the following strange photo on her Instagram page, the caption reads, “I will walk to the end of the earth to find a cure for my babies so that they can live the healthy life that they deserve to live……… #UnitedWeStand #LDI Low Dose Immune Therapy #Round2 #LymeDiseaseAwerenes

“Walking to the end of the earth” may not be so easy without her king’s wallet. Yolanda is under public scrutiny for her showy fight against the disease, with many viewers calling her out as a fake, or an attention seeker  entrenched in a mental illness. Could Yolanda’s strange love of endless treatments be shifting from self, to forcing them on her children?

Isabella “Bella” Hadid’s birthdate is incorrect on her identified syringe, and a quick Google search turns up no sign of the prescribing doctor listed on the labels.

Yolanda claims a commitment to “raising awareness,” about the fight against the tick-borne illness with all of her perfectly staged Instagram photos, but involving her children in the disturbing display is indeed a game changer.
