Meet the New Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Cast Members, Erika Jayne Kathryn Edwards
I can’t wait for December 1 and the premiere of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 6 and meeting the newbies joining the cast.
Originally from Atlanta, Erika Girardi, better known as Erika Jayne, comes with street cred. Having several number one hits on Billboard’s Dance Club Songs chart, she’s a star in her own right. Move over Kyle. Your child star status just got you bumped to the back of the line—again—behind Eileen Davidson and Lisa Rinna. You’re now fourth in line to the fame throne.
Erika and her rocking bod are married to Tom Girardi, a famous trial lawyer, and at seventy-six, he’s old enough to be her father. But Erika herself is an unbelievable forty-six. I’d like to know what she’s been sacrificing to the dark gods to look so damn young and hot, because she’s amazing.
Our second new Housewife, Kathryn Edwards hails from the dairy state (Hello, Cheeseheads!), but moved to Paris and started modeling professionally upon graduating high school. You know, like every eighteen-year-old.
She was married to NFL player, Marcus Allen for eight years and is now married to another football player, Donnie Edwards. We have a WAG on our hands, people. Prepare yourselves. Bravo also takes great pains to point out that she’s a whopping nine years older than her current husband. Just in case you were keeping track at home. Kathryn and Donnie are globe trotters, bouncing around the world, and Bravo proves to us that she has famous friends by showing a grainy photo of Kathryn standing next to the late President Reagan. So…there’s that.
And just in case there’s any talk of these two not being charitable, just put that storyline right to bed. Erika is involved in many LGBT causes and Kathryn works with veteran’s charities. They also bring two new Real Pets of Beverly Hills with them, but honestly, does the Gigster have any competition? That dog gets his own cocktails and is invited to the best parties in town, so I don’t see another dog taking his place.
