Mario Singer Refuses To Move Out During Divorce Crisis
The drama between “Real Housewives of New York” star Ramona Singer and her cheating hubby, Mario continues to heat up.
As we reported, after Ramona caught Mario once again cheating with Kasey Dexter, 32, she ordered him to pack his sh*t and GO! She quickly kicked him out of their marital home.

Now Life & Style is reporting Mario that has moved back into their shared New York apartment on orders of his attorney:
“His attorney told him to go back,” an insider exclusively reveals in the new issue of Life & Style, on stands now. “He’s sleeping in daughter Avery’s bedroom since she’s in college.”
Naturally, Ramona is “Ramotional” over this and not taking it well. L&S’s source dished:
“Ramona’s freaking out, but they both have rights to the home until the divorce is settled. She’s stuck with him.”
It benefits Mario to stay in the marital home so that he’s not accused of abandonment which would give Ramona an upper hand in the divorce.
Mario has not been modest about his affair with Kasey Dexter. He’s been spotted all over New York City, holding hands with his much younger mistress. The two seem to not care about openly showing affection and attending events together.
