Real Housewives of New Jersey Dessert Envy
As the days of freedom wane for Teresa Giudice, her cousin, Kathy Wakile has a sweet reason to celebrate. Her new book, “Indulge: Delicious Little Desserts that Keep Life Real Sweet” is set to be released this week.
The concept of the cookbook is to offer scrumptious dessert options in small portions. Yum!! A big congratulations to Kathy for sharing what she loves and making an honest buck at the same time. It is becoming increasingly clear why Bravo cut her back to a housewife co-star. She doesn’t fit the Bravo “Real Housewives of New Jersey” thug profile. In an earlier All About The Tea interview, Kathy stated:
“To be honest, I’ve never been fond of titles. This role has worked out wonderfully for me, it’s allowed me to devote the time required to write my cookbook, “Indulge,” which was very time consuming.”
We would like to say that some encouraging cousin love has been flowing from Cousin Teresa. However, according to Kathy, she has reached out to Teresa off camera, several times and offered unconditional family support during this challenging time.
Not only has that been ignored, but a jealous, mean streak surfaced the moment Teresa learned of her cousin’s cookbook plans, according to Wakile.
Kathy dished to the NY Daily News:
“Instead of encouraging me, she started saying things or making a real point of not acknowledging me when we were all together,” says Kathy. Teresa has openly criticized the concept of a dessert cookbook, but then went on to expand her Fabulicious food line to include desserts. “It’s hypocritical”, Wakile says. “Honestly, I can’t understand what goes on in her head.”
Join the club, Kathy! Teresa has predicted failure for the cookbook to a weight conscious consumer, and has accused Kathy of stealing her mother’s recipes, which Kathy vehemently denies. Teresa…your scatterbrained jealousy is showing!
I personally think that 22 days of potential yummy free samples from Kathy’s kitchen is worth faking gracious support…but hey, that’s just me. Maybe she thinks that ongoing lime jello won’t be so bad.
