The Ladies of ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ Host Premiere Party For “Charity”
Do you live in New Jersey and have an extra $100 lying around? If so, youse guys can attend “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” premiere party on July 13th at a place called “Pure Parsippany.” The party will go from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m. with the show airing at 8 p.m. EST.
Housewives that will be there to party with paying guests will be: Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Dina Manzo and newbie Amber Marchese. (It was not mentioned if Teresa is staying true to her ‘cash only’ routine. Memba, Feds are still watching).
I’ve checked out the website for “Pure Parsippany” (which in my humble opinion sounds more like a strip club) and must admit it looks like a nice place with good food. The majority of online reviews give them 4 out of 5 stars. (I reached out to Pure Parsippany for a comment on this event but hadn’t heard back by time I finished this article).
The premiere party apparently is a fundraiser for Dina Manzo’s “Project Ladybug” which raises money (and eyebrows as there were reports a few years ago about the legalities of it) to enrich lives of children with life threatening conditions. It also helps families face financial and emotional hardships. Reports have been that all of the Laurita sisters started this charity but once Dina signed on for RHONJ, she took it over with hopes of raising awareness for it. Interesting enough there is no mention about THIS even on the PLB website.
Anyhoo back to the Premiere Party.
Reports are that the rift between sister-in-law’s Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga has been put on the back burner. Teresa has bigger things to worry about after accepting pleading guilty to multiple counts of fraud along with her hubby, Juicy Joe. (Although from all of the appearances & photos that Teresa posts you would think she doesn’t have a care in the world). This coming season will do everything possible to (try) and gather sympathy points for the Giudice’s – including tugging at our heartstrings while showing the children crying over the mess their parents created.

Is it me or does Melissa look more and more like Jennifer Lopez? (Perhaps we will hear a remix of JLo’s song with title change to Melissa from the Block). Wait even better – – – Teresa from the C Block. Hit me up Melissa, I have a ton of ideas!
Of course Dina Manzo is coming back after being gone a season or two or three (does anyone remember?). She’s going through a divorce, her daughter is growing up, she still isn’t speaking to her siblings and she is Teresa’s BFF. (It was at this point in the article I laid down and took and 3 hour nap. Dina bores me).
Speaking of boring, Jacqueline Laurita will not be back this season. She is writing a book called “Drinking, Tweeting and Playing with Play dough.” (Watch out Brandi you have competition). Caroline Manzo also will not be back she and her fambly will have their own show “Manzo’d with Children” this fall.

Kathy Wakile and sister Rosie Pierri were reduced to friends of the “Housewives” although in previews we see “Kath” long enough to know that Teresa sticks it to her by announcing she is starting her own desert line. (There is no SHAME in this woman).
We have three new cast members to get to know. Amber Marchese, a longtime friend of Melissa’s, is a cancer survivor and mom of four. She has a Master’s degree in bio-behavioral studies/exercise physiology from Columbia University.

Next are the twins – Nicole Napolitano and Teresa Aprea are identical twins. Nicole is a divorced mom of two teens who moved back home with her parents. After her divorce, she made a name for herself as a jet broker. Teresa married her husband, Rino, in 1991, got divorced and then married him all over again 11 years later. She helps him run their successful restaurants.
As we reported, Melissa described the drama on upcoming season as “It’s a bumpy road… There’s a lot of things you won’t expect to happen.”

Tickets for the premiere party cost $100 plus a $5.99 “fee” in advance.
Hold on we aren’t done yet!! If these ladies aren’t your favorite or if you want to mingle with them as much as you can, The Wakile’s and Rosie will also be hosting a party in the form of a meet and greet on July 14th from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at Di Paolo’s Italian Restaurant. Those tickets are $65!
Whose party would YOU rather go to? Sound off in the comments.
