Frank Giudice: Funeral Today, Arrangements & Obituary 1951-2014

The father of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star, Joe Giudice will be laid to rest today.

Funeral services for Francesco “Frank” Giudice will be held today at Festa Memorial Funeral Home, located in Totowa, NJ.

The funeral service will occur at approximately 8:45 a.m., followed by mass at 9:30 a.m. at St. James Roman Catholic Church in Totowa.

Frank Giudice passed suddenly on Wednesday after collapsing at the home of his son and daughter-in-law, Teresa and Joe Giudice.

Giudice, Francesco age 64 of Totowa at rest in Towaco, Montville Township on June 18, 2014. Beloved husband of the former Filomena Granata of Totowa. Loving Father of Giuseppe Giudice of Towaco, Pietro Giudice of Totowa, and Maria Fazliu of Lincoln Park. Dear son of Maria Losasso of Italy and the late Giuseppe Giudice.

Loving Brother of Michelina Giudice and Lina Giudice, both of Italy. Also survived by 11 grandchildren. Born in Sala Consilina, Italy, he came to the United States in 1971 and resided in Paterson, then Lincoln Park and Montville before moving to Totowa. He was a self-employed Mason for F&G Contracting, Totowa.

Mr. Giudice was a parishioner of St. James R.C. Church, Totowa and a member of St. Michael’s Association, Paterson. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Monday at 8:45 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James RC Church, Totowa at 9:30 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit Sunday 3:00 – 8:00 PM.

The family is taking his death very hard. Reportedly, Joe is devastated. He was very close to his father —  Frank was his best friend. RHONJ viewers got a unique chance to see their family bond when Frank and Filomena appeared on the RHONJ in season 2 on the group trip to Naples, Italy. The couple migrated to the United States from Naples, Italy and settled in Paterson, NJ.

The couple also appeared in season 3 on the trip to Catskill, NY. We saw Frank and Filomen fearlessly accompanied their son and daughter-in-law into the Newark Federal Courthouse to support them during their legal battles.

Frank leaves behind, his wife Filomena, 2 sons (Joe and Pete Giudice), 1 daughter (Maria Fazliu) and 11 granddaughters. His family has taken to social media to memorialize his memory. Teresa tweeted the following photo with the caption “Giudice Family.”
