Darcey Silva is giving international love another whirl — the TLC personality’s newest relationship playing out on spinoff series —90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. Her two season romance with Dutch beau, Jesse, crashed and burned — but Darcey knows that her British love interest, Tom, is the real thing.
In a preview clip of tonight’s all-new episode, Darcey Silva gives Tom a peek inside her insecurities — and Tom isn’t impressed.
“There’s something about you, you just have this amazing debonairness,” Darcey tells Tom. “I’ve never met a guy like you. Honestly, I’ve never been treated like this.”
Tom is taking things slow — but fans know that Darcey Silva wants a sprint to the altar.
“This is just, like, normal,” Tom says. “You’re funny, you’re attractive, you’re intelligent, you’re beautiful. You know, who have you been choosing?”
“I’m sorry. I tried my best,” Darcey cries, becoming emotional. “Just need to own my own worth and myself and I’m stronger now. I just don’t ever want to feel chipped away at.”
Tom is taken aback by Darcey’s emotional reaction — and shares his true feelings in a confessional spot.
“Darcey is a very emotional person. It’s something I’m not used to. It’s something that I don’t particularly find attractive,” Tom says. “It’s supposed to be, like, first date scenario. It’s supposed to fun.”
