Jim Bellino Demands Tamra Judge Hand Over Text Messages!

 

Jim Bellino is moving full force ahead in his ongoing defamation suit against Real Housewives of Orange County stars, Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador.

In the latest development, Jim’s legal team is demanding Tamra Judge release text messages related to statements she made during an appearance on Heather McDonald’s “Juicy Scoop” podcast, in June 2018, reports The Blast.

As reported, Jim Bellino filed a $1,000,000 lawsuit on July 27, after The Real Housewives of Orange County stars claimed that his trampoline business had “paralyzed customers.” And called the father of two a, “shady mother****er” who’s going to jail, and alluded to his divorce as “fake and for legal reasons,” during an appearance on Heather McDonald’s “Juicy Scoop” podcast. 

Alexis Bellino’s ex husband claims there is “substantial direct or circumstantial evidence” that Tamra Judge was trying to defame his character in text messages and emails with McDonald prior to the June podcast taping. The documents state that Tamra “grins and pumps her shoulders, unable to contain her excitement and eagerness to tear into Mr. Bellino and his reputation” when McDonald mentioned his name during the live podcast taping.

“The premeditated nature of the Defendants vicious personal attack is reflected in the visual backdrop of the videotaped interview, which consists of a photo of Mr. Bellino and his ex-wife Alexis Bellino edited into two pieces, with a rip between them,” as stated in court documents. 

“I almost sent [Alexis] a message saying, ‘I’m so sorry,’ but then you sent me that text saying ‘Do you think that he’s trying to protect her?’ Judge said at the time. “‘Do you think possible that he’s in trouble and she can’t testify against him if he’s in trouble?’”

Tamra and Shannon both filed responses to Jim’s lawsuit, asking for the case to be dismissed.

As reported, Gretchen Rossi is prepared to give testimony against, Shannon Beador and Tamra Judge, in Jim’s lawsuit.

On September 25, Jim filed court documents revealing Gretchen Rossi’s fiancé, Slade Smiley, reached out to him offering to help battle Tamra and Shannon.

“That the Defendants have a pattern of making up stories to create notoriety for themselves in the media.” Smiley allegedly told Bellino that he and Rossi are willing to testify and present evidence and would “provide testimony regarding the anger, hostility and ill-will that Defendants harbor with respect to Bellino.”

Tamra opposed Gretchen’s involvement in the case by asking the court to block her deposition — citing their rocky relationship on the Bravo reality series.
