Bethenny spoke out for the first time early Monday afternoon, posting a photo of Shields and her deceased pooch, Cookie. “Rest In Peace my sweet babies who gave me endless unconditional love. #nowandforever” Bethenny captioned the pic on Monday.
Shields’ wife, Jill, spoke out after the sad news broke, commenting that Dennis, 51, was “the love of her life.” The ex-couple separated in 2016, but had not divorced.
