Apollo Nida Feels Humiliated And Disrespected by T.I.

Apollo Nida is feeling some type of way about a recent altercation he had with VH1’s “Family Hustle” star and rapper T.I. Tip Harris. The incident took place in the parking lot of a Sister2Sister Magazine event.

T.I. and his boy, Killa Mike approached Apollo regarding an offensive tweet he made that compares Apollo’s plea deal with that of T.I. and NFL player Michael Vick.

As we reported Apollo’s plea deal states that he worked (or works) with the feds in an undercover investigative capacity, basically he wore a wire to entrap other criminals for the government….he snitched! (Read the plea agreement here).

Video of the altercation circulated around the internet and tongues wagged at how scared and intimidated Apollo appeared.  T.I. and Killa Mike clearly put the fear of God in him because he deleted the tweet on the spot. Well apparently T.I. and Killa Mike did not do enough because Apollo is running his mouth AGAIN! As I’ve stated before, Apollo suffers from foot in mouth disease.

Apollo spoke with Atlanta’s v-103’s Ryan Cameron and here’s what he had to say:

“Don’t nobody really know me. You just don’t run up on a person and just demand anything. One thing you can demand is respect when it’s given. I felt really disrespected at that situation. I thought he was coming up being a man, being supportive because he’s been through that same situation. That’s what I thought. He was hostile. I jumped back a little bit. That’s how a lot of beefs get started…Who does that?”

“I’m a real humble person at the end of the day. I can’t tolerate disrespect. I really played that situation real humble. I was humiliated by it. I didn’t even know the cameras were rolling. That is not how men handle the situation.”

Feeling embarrassed and humiliated, Apollo wished, T.I. would have contacted him privately, “Tip knows how to get in contact with me. If this was an issue, you just don’t make it an issue in public and sit there and try to make it a ploy,” he said. Adding, he was not aware he was being filmed.

Apollo understand where T.I.’s point of view, he told the radio host:

“He resonates with the people in the streets. Nobody wants to be labeled a snitch. I know nobody wants to be labeled as a rat. I get that. I shouldn’t have put his name out there like that, but I didn’t mean it like that.”

T.I. take on the incident is “Ain’t nothing happen!  To be honest with you, my phone rang and somebody was like ‘dude says such and such’ … I hadn’t seen it but within 30 minutes, lo and behold, I had just happened to have been at an event and I saw him,” T.I. said in a recent interview.

T.I. went on to further clear his name and disassociate himself from the “snitch” label.

“The wonderful thing about the federal government and the United States is that all agreements, plea agreements, are public record so you can pull Clifford Joseph Harris … It’s all out there man, so you can pull my agreement up. Just so you know what you’re looking for, it’s called a Prop 35 or rule 35 that’s associated with cooperation, when you agree to cooperate … So when you’re looking at the paperwork and you’re looking at my agreement, look for that. Just read it in great detail, take your time, print it out… take it to your thinking seat, read it up.”

Something tells me Apollo should have kept his mouth shut and just let this die! Stay tuned.
