#RHONY Luann de Lesseps Believes She’s Being ‘Slut-Shamed’ Amid Claims Sexual Tryst Triggered Drunken Arrest!

The slow burn of Luann de Lesseps’ drunken arrest, attracted onlookers when a bombshell police report revealed a sexual tryst with a male lover triggered the scandal.

As Luann sobers up and the public humiliation settles in, she’s “in a state of shock” and feels “slut-shamed,” according to friends of de Lesseps. 

“She should have been taken to the hospital not jail,” a worried pal tells Radar, adding they fear she “may have been drugged and maybe raped.”

The former countess supposedly “doesn’t remember anything” about the embarrassing Christmas spectacle.

Let’s take a second to unpack the layers in this casserole of crazy. 

During the early morning hours of Christmas Eve, the Real Housewives of New York star and a mystery man were engaged in a drunken rendezvous when they entered the wrong room at the Colony hotel in Palm Beach. Following “multiple attempts to get both subjects to leave over a five minute period,” hotel security called the cops. Officers arrived at 9:20 p.m to find Luann and her longtime friend, Julie Olson, in the room — both drunk. Both women “appeared to be highly intoxicated,” and while Olson followed police orders to leave, Luann locked herself in the bathroom and refused to come out, the report says. When officers responded, they were assaulted and had their lives threatened by Luann. She was charged with disorderly intoxication, battery on an officer/firefighter/EMT, resisting arrest with violence and threatening a public servant, according to a police report.

The NYC socialite blamed her behavior on “long-buried emotions” tied to her short-lived marriage to Tom D’Agostino Jr., whom she wed there on Dec. 31, 2016.

“This was my first time in Palm Beach since my wedding, and being here brought up long-buried emotions. I want to offer my sincere apologies to anyone I might have offended with my behavior. I am committed to a transformative and hopeful 2018.” Luann tweeted a day after her arrest. 

A friend of the promiscuous reality star claims that the mystery male was a guy Julie Olson had dated in the past and Luann has zero memory of her wild antics.

“Luann was feeling lonely and sad during the holidays after her horrible year,” says the informant.

Luann’s drunken arrest has possibly exposed deep-seated issues plaguing the reality star — an addiction to sex and alcohol. Judge Ted Booras also commented that Luann might have a drinking problem during her arraignment.

Unfortunately, like most people struggling with addiction issues, the 52-year-old is playing victim and making excuses for her cringeworthy behavior.
