Nearly 29 days after filing for divorce from Luann de Lesseps, the NYC playboy is back out in the dating world.
The 50-year-old businessman was spotted with a mystery blond, “looking flirty and happy,” according to Radar Online.
On August 3rd, Luann formally announced the couple’s split on Twitter — but denied that she believed Tom had been unfaithful.

And despite numerous cheating rumors that has plagued Tom — he openly drove his mystery blond all over the Hamptons.
The D’Agostino marriage was doomed before the couple walked down the aisle on New Year’s Eve. Tom could not contain his philandering ways and was caught on video cheating on Luann before their engagement party. Nevertheless, Luann crawled out of her pit of despair, and wed Tom shortly after the scandal broke.
As readers know, getting married was not the romantic cure-all for their issues and Tom broke Luann’s heart — a mere 7 months after their wedding.
”It was impossible, we were having problems and we tried really hard to fix things, and we finally came to the conclusion it was just not going to work,” Luann told Andy Cohen in a soon to be aired one-on-one interview. “It was a tough decision and we are both very sad about it. But the truth is we just weren’t getting along.”

Despite the scrutiny surrounding her split from D’Agostino, Luann maintains her estranged husband did not cheat during their marriage. “I do not think cheated on me, definitely not,” Luann told Page Six, at the time. “God knows he’s got himself in some trouble in the past, but I don’t believe that continued [while we were married].”
