It’s Over! LuAnn and Tom D’Agostino File For Divorce Amid Cheating Rumors!
LuAnn de Lesseps’ marriage to Tom D’Agostino is officially over after just eight months.
The newlyweds filed jointly for divorce in Sag Harbor, Long Island today amid rumors of infidelity and fighting.
The former Countess married D’Agostino, her second husband on New Year’s Eve in Palm Beach.
But we’re told that since the beginning of the marriage — which began in the shadow of D’Agostino’s infidelity — they have broken up and gotten back together a number of times.

As readers know, Luann’s Real Housewives of New York co-stars were surprised that Luann went through with the wedding after Bethenny Frankel showed Luann photographs of Tom kissing his ex-girlfriend at the Regency Hotel in February 2016.
As reported, the troubled couple got into a physical fight in a New York restaurant last month — during which Luann slapped her husband. Luann denied slapping Tom, calling it a “love tap” amidst the blowout fight.

The 52-year-old had previously denied any major problems in the marriage and chalked up the rumors to a passionate relationship.
