Ladies of London Premiers Nov 29th—Meet Newbie Adela King! Watch Trailer HERE

The ladies of Londontown are back tonight!

Ladies of London will have its season three premiere on Tuesday, Nov. 29 at 10 p.m. ET. Returning ladies: Juliet Angus, Caroline Fleming, Marissa Hermer, Julie Montagu and Caroline Stanbury are joined full-time this season by Sophie Stanbury. 

Joining the Ladies of London cast this season is newcomer, Adela King. Thanks to her old pal, Caroline Stanbury, who introduces her into this elite social circle. Adela will appear as a friend of the ladies.

What we know so far about this new mate is that she is “bright, sparky, big boobs, big hair,” at least according to Caroline in the Season 3 supertease (clip above). We’ve also already learned all about Adela’s background, from her two children and her career in fashion to her battle with addiction. 

“I love to laugh,” Adela told Bravo’s The Daily Dish when asked how she would introduce herself to viewers before the new season begins. From the supertease, it’s clear that Adela is going to be a ton of fun.

Adela is a health and fitness fanatic, which is easy to see from her many fierce fitness selfies on Instagram. “Exercise is very important to me,” she said. “Looking after myself is very important to me.”

However, this brit places friends and family, including her adorable dog, Disco above all in her life. “I’ve learned who my friends are and I cherish them, and I support them, and I build them. And I cherish my family,” she shared.
