Jules Wainstein’s Estranged Hubby Is Living With His Mistress! #RHONY

Jules Wainstein, 35, is still living in the family home with her estranged husband, Michael, despite their heartbreaking martial drama. 

Michael, 44, filed for divorce in May, but an insider tells US Weekly “neither wanted to be away from the kids.” The couple shares two children, Jagger, 6, and Rio, 3.

But according to a source, the Real Housewives of New York couple are giving the Roses (War of The Roses) a run for their money with their current living arrangements. Reportedly, both sides have been flinging nasty accusations about each other, while sharing their NYC apartment. 

“He technically lives there, but he comes home at 5 a.m. and leaves at 6:30 a.m, “a source revealed to Page Six. “He has an apartment with [his] current mistress in a brownstone. His kids never see him, he’s never home.”

The cheating dad’s mistress is Elyse Bensusan, 36, and the new couple shopped for their home together just two weeks ago. Bensusan is currently involved in her own divorce proceedings.

Wainstein’s attorney, Mark Jay Heller, cites a different reason for Michael‘s absence from the contentious home atmosphere.

“in order to avoid all the drama she creates . . . he is trying to absence himself when he believes she is in a dramatic stage. He has been trying to stay with his parents on certain occasions.”

Jules’ rep stressed confidently that the accusation of her client’s party girl ways are false. 

“That’s completely untrue,” Jules’ rep told Page Six. “The only night she was [out] late was when she taped Watch What Happens Live.”
