Carole Radziwill Defends Her & Bethenny’s Mean Girl Behavior Towards Jules Wainstein! #RHONY
Are Carole Radziwill and Bethenny Frankel mean girls on The Real Housewives of New York or just “confused” girls in regards to newbie Housewife, Jules Wainstein?
On Wednesday night, Carole appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and faced these accusation from callers. Even Andy seemed to agree.
“You guys are getting a Mean Girls thing,” Andy said.
Carole defended her actions.
“Mean girls is very eighth grade language so I don’t think of it that way,” she responded. “We’re not hard on Jules at all, Jules is very open about her eating disorder, I think I’ve had one conversation about it.”
To be fair, this week’s episode when some of the ladies gathered to make pizza, Jules has such an apparent issue with food she put a fork, a knife, and marinara sauce tin in her concoction, wrapped it up and called it a calzone.
Carole explained to Andy, “She does have a lot of food issues and the show does mostly revolve around dinners and lunches and cocktails and it’s the kind of thing where I just sometimes feel from her it’s like: Look but don’t look, ask but don’t ask.”
During the quasi-pie making event, Jules even joked about placing her Percocet, lidocaine and Adderall in the pizza while simultaneously claiming she doesn’t focus on her weight or eating.
“It’s a very complicated thing to navigate,” Carole said to Andy. “So, no, I don’t think we’re mean girls, we’re not in eighth grade either.”
But another caller made an insightful point that Carole relied too heavily on Bethenny to form her own opinions.
“Do I agree with Bethenny all the time on the show?” the reality star bemused. “I guess so, I don’t agree with sometimes how she delivers her message but I think what she says is true and accurate,” Carole added.
So basically, Carole’s opinion are her own…and just happen to coincide with Bethenny’s opinions. Nothing confusing about that.
Tell us what you think. Are Carole and Bethenny becoming Mean Girls (8th grade or not)?
