Phaedra Parks To Face Judge Over Claims She Masterminded Apollo Nida’s Fraud Crimes #RHOA
Phaedra Parks, star of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, will soon be facing the judge. This stems from the defamation lawsuit Phaedra filed against Angela Stanton four years ago for her book, “Lies of a Real Housewife: Tell the Truth & Shame the Devil.” Stanton fired back with counterclaims of her own, slowing the court process to a crawl.
In her book, Stanton chronicled how Parks “oversaw a criminal enterprise” right by her husband Apollo Nida’s side and knew about the fake bank accounts, stolen car registrations and much more. There were other allegations such as Phaedra having a secret girlfriend who was into “freaky” sex. Apollo is now nestled away for his 8 year prison sentence at Fort Dix, home to another infamous house-husband.
There is one more hearing for a summary judgment on April 20, however if this is denied by the judge, the case will go to trial the following day, on Thursday morning at 9:30 a.m. in a Georgia courtroom. Phaedra has tried many times to have these counterclaims dismissed, but was denied as recent at March 12, 2016.

As reported by All About the Tea‘s attorney blogger, Stacy Slotnick, who benefits by a summary judgment. Slotnick wrote,

Phaedra’s rep declined to comment on the pending legal matter, but if this case moves forward, expect some Georgia fireworks before the 4th of July.
