Kathy Wakile Sells Wayne, NJ Home #RHONJ
Kathy Wakile is saying goodbye to Wayne, New Jersey and hello Franklin Lakes, NJ! The Real Housewives of New Jersey sweetheart has sold her Wayne, New Jersey home.
Kathy Wakile and her husband, Rich Wakile put their four-bedroom Colonial on the market in October for $799,900. The family first purchased the house in 1995. The couple got near the full asking price for their former home. The home’s new owners are expected to close in January.
The cookbook mogul has been busy building her dream home since she purchased a lot in Franklin Lakes, NJ, where Kathy’s RHONJ castmates, Jacqueline Laurita and Caroline Manzo, reside. The Wakiles worked with former Jonas Brothers member turned real estate contractor, Kevin Jonas, on the plans for their large home. The Wakiles purchased the one-acre lot in 2013 for $675,000.
Their Franklin Lakes dream home has an open floor plan that centers around the kitchen. Rich has a “man-cave” in the abode where he can hang with the guys. Lucky fella!
