Filming for the new season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is underway, and the show will certainly have a different tone without the outspoken, and hulking Nene Leakes.  If anyone can fill her sizable shoes, it will be transsexual Amiyah Scott. Amiyah is yet to be confirmed by Bravo as an official addition, but has been spotted around town filming, with the Atlanta ladies.

It looks like Amiyah is ready to bring the drama, and based on police reports, Scott has had some run-ins with the law before she morphed into her more feminine persona.

Scott, who used to go by Arthur Ray Scott, was arrested in March of 2006, by the Fulton County Police Department, charged with felony theft by receiving a stolen vehicle. Scott was pulled over for a traffic offense, and was busted, after the officer ran the tags for the car. The case was settled before going trial, with Scott participating in a pre-trial intervention.

In May of 2007, a warrant was put out on Scott with a charge of forgery in the first degree.  She was picked up months later, in November, and booked by the East Point, Georgia, PD. The initial offense occurred in February of 2007. According to the police report, Scott purchased a Yorkshire terrier dog, and wrote a bad check, using the name Kim Xerogeanes.  The victim learned the the check was stolen, and also knew of another individual who had been scammed the same way.  The second victim recalled Scott’s tag numbers, so police were able to link her to “two other similar dog thefts,” the documents state. The officer also learned that Scott was transitioning, which led to the belief that Scott was dressed as a woman, during the shady deal.  She eventually negotiated a plea deal.

Scott was also arrested in November of 2009, when under the name of Adrienne Scott-Berry, she was charged with a misdemeanor, after getting into a fight with her neighbor. The simple assault charge was later dismissed.

Well, well, well…as viewers know, a shady past and reality TV are NOT the greatest combo.  Let the Atlanta drama begin.
