#RHONJ Joe Giudice Curses At His Daughters And ‘Scares’ Them
A few weeks back we reported on a story about police being called to infamous Real Housewives of New Jersey househusband, Joe Giudice’s, Jersey Shore home on August 15. A neighbor overheard Joe screaming at Gia after being locked out of the house and grew concerned, so they picked up the phone and dialed 911.
An insider spoke to Radar about the real life with Joe Giudice, and it’s a far cry from what will most likely be portrayed in his upcoming reality show detailing life without Teresa. Currently, the imprisoned star of the Real Housewives of New Jersey, is nearing the last leg of her 15-month sentence. The question remains, will the “docu-series” starring her husband show the real Joe, the kind who “curses and yells at his daughters,” leaves them with relatives to go to bars, is frequently spotted with other women and drinks incessantly? Or will viewers be shown a manufactured version of Joe acting like a humbled man who’s about to go to prison and is concerned about his family?
As for the recent scene at the Jersey Shore home involving Joe and Gia and the cops, an insider said that “such scenes are not unusual.” The source explained, “It’s just the way he speaks — and they are (often heard) crying because of” their father’s harsh and erratic behavior. A few days later that house was sold at auction to the bank for $100.
The source also spoke about a bathtub incident involving Audriana an water overflowing from the bathtub, soaking through to the light fixtures in the kitchen. “Teresa’s mother and father were there — and Joe noticed the water and started swearing and cursing like a crazy person.”
Hey, who can’t understand this even just a little? Panic mixed with anger and you start yelling because of what could have happened. However, the insider is claiming things grew more intense.
“He went flying up the stairs yelling, ‘Why isn’t Audriana monitored?’” The source said Joe “was cursing out Gia, who was supposed to be watching Audriana, and he yelled at Audriana as well.” The source continued, “The girls were crying because they were scared of their father.”
All those adults in the house and Gia is supposed to watch Audriana? Teresa’s mom and dad stepped into the madness.
“Teresa’s mother ran up and grabbed Audriana and screamed (at Joe), ‘She’s only a baby. She’s only a baby!’” The source added that “Teresa’s dad scolded Joe and said, ‘I never swore or yelled like that in front of my children in my life.’”
According to the insider, many times Gia, 14, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 9, and Audriana, 5, are left to fend for themselves, and claims there isn’t enough supervision of the girls.
“When you have four girls, they are always going to be getting into mischief — and he doesn’t seem to care or pay any attention to them.” Adding that, Joe is “always at Rails Steak House in his town in Towaco, N.J. He’s in there almost every single night with his other woman.”
The insider didn’t stop there. In fact, one might say this insider has a grudge to bear with Joe.
“He goes there for hours and sits at the bar while his girls are at home,” the source lamented. “He’s drinking and getting wasted instead of being at home with his daughters.” Adding that “Joe knows he’s going to jail in a couple of months, so his miseries are more important to him than his daughters.”
Teresa’s mother and Joe’s mother “take turns watching them” and even Melissa Gorga has pitched in to watch her nieces. Sometimes, though, Gia is placed in charge of her three younger siblings.
“At 14, Gia’s too young to be watching (the) other little girls,” the source said. “She should have a babysitter. She should be supervised. She’s supposed to be a teenager — not a permanent babysitter.”
One thing’s for sure, according to the source. “They love their father – they don’t know anything different” and “when you are raised like that, you think that’s normal.”
Tell us what you think. Will Joe’s new reality show be smoke and mirrors or will the “real” Joe will ooze through?
