The newly engaged Real Housewives of New Jersey star, Caroline Manzo’s daughter, Lauren Manzo was all smiles (on social media) as she wished her fiancé Vito Scalia happy birthday on Twitter.

Lauren and Vito seem to be a happy couple in love, looking forward to marriage. On Vito’s birthday, Lauren tweeted her man the sweetest message along with a photo of the love birds sharing a laugh. The tweet captioned:

“Happy Birthday @VitoScalia3 I’m the luckiest girl in the world! I love you more everyday!”

We love them as a couple and it seems Mama Manzo, the matriarch of the Manzo clan approves of Vito as well. She jumped on the tweet with the following words of admiration:

Lauren and Vito’ wedding is a year away and she’s deep into wedding planning mode. Lauren is determined to slim down as her wedding day approaches. And she’s been documenting her journey on her social media.

Lauren, who underwent breast reduction surgery last year and a Lap-Band procedure in 2012, has always been open about her weight struggles.

Adopting a healthier approach to diet and exercise isn’t the only thing on her mind. She’s said she hopes to tie the knot in the church of her fiancé’s alma mater, Fordham University. She’s already picked out a color scheme.

“I want the bridesmaids to wear wedding dresses, too. Mine will be snow white and they will be in ivory or cream.”

We wish Lauren and Vito all the best. Hopefully their wedding will be featured on the Manzo’s new Bravo spin-off.
